Our family took a well-loved mountain cabin and thoughtfully reimagined it into a place where comfort, character, and genuine hospitality come together.

From pancake breakfasts to family dinners, our thoughtfully stocked kitchen includes cookware, bakeware, everyday essentials, a slow cooker, and a spacious butcher-block island. Enjoy a drip coffee maker in the kitchen and a Keurig in the primary suite.

Our upstairs game loft was designed for connection and a little friendly competition, featuring an arcade game, foosball table, cozy lounge seating, and space to read, play, or create. A favorite gathering spot for kids and grown-ups alike.

Little explorers will find books, games, a vintage toy chest, a chalkboard wall, and a dedicated space for arts and crafts. We've included thoughtful activities to encourage imagination, discovery, and screen-free family fun.

Traveling with little ones? We've made packing a little easier with a highchair, travel crib, and children's dishware available at the cabin, helping families feel more at home during their Smoky Mountains getaway.

Every bedroom features blackout window coverings, comfortable mattresses with plush toppers, soft cotton bedding, and thoughtfully selected pillows. We've created restful spaces for unwinding after full days of Smoky Mountains adventures.

Enjoy step-free entry and convenient main-level access to the kitchen, dining area, great room, deck, king bedroom, and full bathroom. While the cabin is not fully ADA-accessible, its main-level layout offers added convenience for multigenerational families.

FROM OUR FAMILY TO YOURS
The Wild Huckleberry began with a simple dream: to create a place where our family could slow down, gather together, and make memories that would last far beyond the weekend.
When my mom and I found this cabin tucked into the wooded hills of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, we saw more than a vacation home. We saw the possibility of something special. A place for pancake breakfasts around the table, sisters piled together for movie nights, long conversations by the fire, and the kind of ordinary moments that somehow become the ones you remember most.
As an interior designer with a heart for hospitality, I wanted every corner to feel thoughtful, collected, and genuinely welcoming. We kept the character that made us fall in love with the cabin and layered in the comforts, details, and little surprises that make a place feel like home.
But more than anything, we wanted The Wild Huckleberry to be a place for connection. A place where kids can be kids, grown-ups can slow down, and families can simply enjoy being together.
It's a little wild, a little nostalgic, and filled with a whole lot of heart.
